Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the iOS application Kundalini Timer 11:11 (the “App”), provided by Roksolana Myshkovska (“Roxonia”, “we”, “our”).

By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Kundalini Timer 11:11 is a meditation-timer and practice-tracking application focused on Kundalini yoga kriyas, mantras, and sadhana. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older where required by local law) to use the App. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised account access.

4. Subscriptions and payments

The App offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions, billed through your Apple ID:

• Yearly Premium: $47.99 / year
• Monthly Premium: $9.99 / month

Both plans include a 3-day free trial for first-time subscribers.

Prices may vary by region and currency, as displayed in the App Store at the moment of purchase. Subscriptions provide access to premium kriyas, mantras, full library, sadhana progress and advanced timer features.

Auto-renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, or in the App Store.

Free trial

If you start a free trial, payment for the first paid period is charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The free trial is offered once per Apple ID and family-sharing group, per Apple’s rules.

Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their policies — see reportaproblem.apple.com.

EU/UK consumers retain their statutory rights under applicable consumer-protection law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content
• Bypass technical limitations, paywalls, or security measures
• Upload malicious code or content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our team

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its content, design, code, audio recordings, and brand (“Roxonia” and “Kundalini Timer 11:11”) are the property of Roksolana Myshkovska and protected by copyright and trademark law.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on iOS devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use, for as long as you comply with these Terms.

7. Health disclaimer

Kundalini Timer 11:11 supports your meditation and yoga practice but is not a medical service or a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, or therapeutic advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new physical or breathing practice, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or experience discomfort during practice. By using the App, you acknowledge that you practice at your own risk.

8. Account deletion

You can delete your account directly inside the App: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and personal practice data from our servers. Existing subscriptions are not automatically cancelled — you must also cancel them in iOS Settings → Subscriptions.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee specific spiritual, physical, or emotional outcomes from using the App.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roxonia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law (e.g. statutory rights in the EU/UK).

11. Apple App Store terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Roxonia, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continuing to provide the service is no longer commercially or legally feasible. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the competent courts of Ukraine, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you the right to bring proceedings before local courts.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the App or via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the App after that period means you accept the updated Terms.
